Position details

Two full-time openings

Reporting location: Corinna, Maine; field sites vary

Start: As soon as possible

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work based on project needs

Pay: $26-$30 per hour

The opportunity

We are seeking dependable, safety-minded people who want to build hands-on skills while supporting experienced field personnel. Community-college, trade-school, CTE, early-career, career-changing, and experienced applicants are welcome.

What you will do

Prepare tools and materials, protect customer work areas, and help keep each job organized.

Assist authorized personnel with positioning and mounting indoor and outdoor equipment.

Support line-set, condensate, ductless, multi-zone, and ducted installation tasks as assigned and supervised.

Take measurements, photographs, checklist notes, and other basic job records.

Care for tools and equipment and complete thorough jobsite cleanup.

Perform electrical, refrigerant-handling, or other regulated work only when properly licensed or certified and specifically authorized.

Qualifications

Dependability, punctuality, mechanical curiosity, and a safety-first approach.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work respectfully in customer homes.

Comfort with hands-on work in basements, attics, outdoors, and around ladders when instructed and authorized.

Trade, HVAC, electrical, construction, or mechanical coursework is helpful; direct heat-pump experience is not required for consideration.

Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

Age 18 or older because regular duties may involve driving, equipment, heights, and other work restricted for minors.
