Two full-time openings

Reporting location: Corinna, Maine; field sites vary

Start: As soon as possible

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work based on project needs

Pay: $24-$28 per hour

The opportunity

This role focuses on dryer vents, common-laundry exhaust, and selected accessible ventilation components in active buildings. We are hiring two organized, detail-oriented field technicians.

What you will do

Prepare and protect customer work areas and coordinate respectfully around occupants and site representatives.

Set up approved vacuum, agitation, access, and cleaning equipment after task-specific instruction.

Inspect and clean accessible dryer vents, exhaust paths, and assigned ventilation components.

Record completed locations, conditions, inaccessible areas, photographs, and follow-up observations.

Keep tools and materials organized and leave each work area clean.

Use ladders, roof access, respiratory protection, or other specialized access methods only after training and authorization.

Qualifications

Dependability, attention to detail, professional communication, and careful treatment of occupied properties.

Interest in hands-on maintenance, facilities, HVAC, or commercial service work.

Ability to follow repeatable procedures and document work accurately.

Relevant maintenance or trades coursework is helpful; direct dryer-exhaust experience is not required for consideration.

Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

Age 18 or older if regular assignments include driving, powered equipment, ladders, roof access, or confined spaces.
